MEET THE BRAINS BEHIND THE SCENE Shay is the best! She handles everything from planning events, travel etc. , as well she also assists in running our IG Page! She has a knack for always knowing what to say to cheer a player or person up.. she always has the girls back and will defend them without hesitation.. She has a big heart! She will give pep talks always and is someone you can talk to and count on! She makes life easy for all of us here at Underr8ted.
MEET THE HEAD COACH
DEE FOSTER AKA COACH DEE
Meet the HEAD COACH! Coach Dee is the Co-Founder of Underr8ted and the head coach of our AAU Elite Travel teams. He handles practice scheduling, training, development and assist with our social media page. Coach Dee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience bringing 10+ years coaching high school and youth basketball. He brings the energy and his main focus is to get these girls exposure and to help them reach their goals and full potential.
